SUMMER COURS IN PRESENCE
n this course, we slow down the hectic pace of everyday life. We practice the asanas following the principles of Vinyasa Yoga. Guided by conscious breathing, we gently and slowly immerse ourselves in the sequences.
At the beginning of each class, we integrate elements of the Pilates method.

YOGA-PILATES WITH ELEMENTS OF BACK EXERCISES
The course combines yoga, Pilates and back exercises with flowing movements and gentle breathing exercises. The aim is to strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility and, at the same time, alleviate persistent discomfort and reduce stress.
Following a holistic warm-up of the whole body, each session focuses on specific areas. The use of props helps participants to both make the exercises easier and, where desired, make them more challenging – always tailored to individual needs to achieve the best possible results.
Mobility, strengthening, stretching, stabilisation and relaxation form the five central pillars of the course. The personal requirements of the participants are continuously taken into account, ensuring that everyone can benefit optimally from the exercises.

€120 for a course of 10 lessons, 60 minutes each
