INDIVIDUAL PATHWAY and PERSONALISED PLAN
In one-to-one yoga lessons, there is the opportunity to set a targeted course, which takes into account the person's current needs, something that is not possible in a group class.
You are accompanied by the direct guidance of the teacher and can dwell where doubts arise.
Together we can create a personalised plan in order to experience the practice in the most constructive, safe and natural way possible.
IN WHICH CASES
For example:
. you are at the beginning of your practice or want to restart after a long break and do not yet feel comfortable in a group class;
. you have a tight schedule;
. to improve one's personal practice, going deeper into asanas, pranayama and meditation;
. integrating yogic practice with rehabilitation therapies in specific cases of regaining body awareness.
. . or... simply to do themselves some good.
