The first part of the warm-up phase consists of floor exercises based on the Pilates method to activate and strengthen the core – the abdominal and trunk muscles, also known as the powerhouse.  

This is followed by contemporary dance exercises performed while standing, and finally, dance sequences in the space, allowing us to fully enjoy creativity and the joy of movement in harmony with the music.  

Previous knowledge and experience required? 

A certain familiarity with bodywork is welcome, but even more important is the willingness to engage, experiment, and dance!  

Please wear two pairs of non-slip socks, ballet slippers, or lightweight sneakers.
