Practice and Theory
for greater self-awareness in professional and everyday life
5-day intensive course
How many times during a yoga class have you asked yourself:
“Am I really doing this asana correctly?”
“What is the exact purpose of this posture? How should I breathe?”
“What are its benefits… and when should it be avoided?”
Or: “Every time I do this posture, I feel some pain at home… but isn’t yoga supposed to be good for me?”
In this course, we will aim to answer these and many other questions. We will take the time to deepen both practice and theory, in order to gain a more complete understanding of yoga.
We will:
-
Daily Vinyasa Yoga practice
-
Strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and work on breath in movement.
-
Focus on flow and the importance of transitions between asanas – a central element of Vinyasa Yoga.
-
Pilates elements accompany the warm-up to activate and sensitize the core.
-
-

-
Learn to perform them correctly and safely.
-
Explore benefits and possible contraindications.
-

-
All this while respecting the principle that yoga adapts to the individual – not the other way around.
A clearer understanding of the execution, function, and variations of an asana helps us practice with greater awareness, self-respect, and fewer risks. At the same time, it supports us in becoming more present, resilient, and calm in everyday life.
This course is for anyone who wishes to go beyond the routine of weekly practice, to better understand what they are doing, and to gain useful tools for their health and professional life. It is for those who want to deepen the principles of grounding, calm, endurance, and adaptability – not only in their yoga practice, but also in their work and daily life.
