DESCRIPTION

Through body-based practices, breathing, meditation, and creative expression, participants strengthen their mind–body well-being and acquire practical tools for stress management, concentration, and balance in both professional and everyday life.
Yoga, dance, improvisation, voice work, and theatrical exercises intertwine with moments of play and lightness, fostering presence, creativity, body awareness, and resilience. Theoretical units support the practice with anatomical, physiological, and holistic foundations.

TARGET GROUP AND PREREQUISITES

The course is intended for people interested in improving body awareness, expressive skills, and overall well-being. No prior experience is required. An openness to practical and theoretical work integrating body, breath, voice, and movement is expected.
