 YOGA - PILATES with Elements of Back Care Exercise​
In German IN PRESENCE

A comprehensive class combining Yoga, Pilates and back-focused exercises through flowing movements and mindful breathing. The sessions aim to strengthen the muscles, improve mobility and flexibility, relieve back discomfort, and promote relaxation while reducing stress.

Each class includes a full-body warm-up followed by targeted sequences, adapted to individual needs with the support of small props. Mobility, strength, stretching, stabilization and relaxation are the core elements of a balanced practice suitable for all levels.
