In today’s increasingly fast-paced and performance-oriented work environment, inner calm, emotional stability, and physical balance have become key factors for long-term health and professional success. This training course offers an opportunity to find lasting serenity through mindful body and breath practices, as well as meditation, while developing new resources to face everyday work life.
At the core of the program are Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga – two particularly calm and meditative yoga styles that, through extended holds in supported postures, promote deep relaxation. The practice is complemented by specific breathing techniques (Pranayama) and guided meditations, which help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and enhance self-awareness.
