It gives the opportunity to retreat - as the word 'Retreat' itself says - from the sometimes not-so-stressful daily commitments and stimuli, to enter into a dimension dictated by the essential.
In other words, it gives the chance to immerse ourselves in what we need at that precise moment, allowing us to exclude for a while the superfluous, what we can also do without or what we burden ourselves with.

Casa Valle Sturara in Sant' Urbano Padova, where the Via Rosse Theatre Production Centre has its headquarters.
Sant' Urbano is a municipality located in the heart of the Po Valley.
It is there that actress and director Sabine Uitz decided to renovate an old country house to turn it into a centre where she can create her own theatre productions, hold her residential seminars and host people who, like her, wish to communicate through art.
Not least because of its quietness and location away from the city, the place is also suitable for yoga and meditation seminars.

Casa Valle Sturara is located in Sant'Urbano (PD) in the Veneto countryside (northern Italy) about an hour's drive from Venice and half an hour from Padua and Ferrara.
The beautiful town of Este is about 10 minutes away.
The name Valle Sturara derives from the old fishing valleys that were also found in this part of Veneto centuries ago. It is an area of rivers and canals.
During its renovation, an attempt was made to recover the spirit of the house. Thus a rural place with no future was transformed into a creative space, a happy island in the countryside.
Casa Valle Sturara is a working space but also a meeting point. It is a container that welcomes individual artists, groups and course participants.
The house offers on the ground floor a space for eating and being together, on the first floor there are several bedrooms.
In addition to the house, with its intimate and cosy structure, there is also a simple room with a wooden floor (4 x 10 m), a former shed converted into a place for artistic-creative work, but also for other activities such as yoga.
The spaces around the house are suitable for outdoor activities.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
