As a choreographer, dance, yoga teacher, and consultant for movement and stage presence, I work in both educational and artistic contexts. Alongside teaching contemporary dance, yoga, and Pilates, I collaborate on choreographic projects and performances in Germany and Italy.
At the heart of my work lies the connection between movement, creativity, and expression—as a means of developing presence, telling stories, and creating spaces for meaningful encounters.
Whether on stage, in the rehearsal studio, or in the classroom, my experience has taught me that all these forms of movement share a common core.
They foster grounding and lightness, both in the studio and in everyday life.
They help create and renew space within the body and the mind.
They are a means of creativity and communication with ourselves and with the world around us.
They are an expression of our presence in the here and now.
..."But of course, [theatre] can be indispensable to life, if in it we seek the ground where we do not lie to ourselves. Where we do not hide, where we are what we are, where what we do is as it is, without pretending anything else, thus a terrain where we are not divided. [...] When all differences between body and soul are eliminated. In that moment we can say that we are not divided."
